About Rahul Kapur Rahul has over 22 years of professional services experience spanning across sectors and geographies advising clients to strategize and grow. Currently, Rahul leads business consulting at Grant Thornton India comprising of more than 100 pedigreed consultants which focus on performance improvement, digital, sales and organization transformation. Rahul has also assisted several organizations expand globally and streamline their operations and improve performance. He works with CXO to address their business impediments and tailors’ solutions to enable them to navigate through complexities. Despite the pandemic and stressed business environments, Rahul has advised some of his clients to emerge stronger by redefining their supply chains, making their operations more efficient or target newer geographies/ products/ solutions. Rahul also contributes to nation building by releasing thought proving articles and whitepapers and is a part of numerous trade bodies which focus on agriculture and food security, ease of doing business in India. Some of his work has been instrumental in forming efficient government policies and assisted in capacity building. In his spare time, Rahul mentors and incubates start-up companies. Rahul has been a key member of the management at Grant Thornton which witnessed a growth from 70 personnel in 2004 to more than 8,000 team members in 2022.
