About Werner Meyer Werner Meyer is the Founding Director of ProjectLink, with more than 24 years’ experience in project, program, and portfolio management. Over the years, he has consulted with companies from various industries such as mining, information technology, aviation, finance, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. He founded ProjectLink in 1998 and continues to consult on projects and facilitate training courses. Most of his work has been in developing organizations’ project management capability through maturity assessments, methodology development, risk assessments, competency assessments, portfolio and project models, policies and procedures development, and training facilitation. His vision is for ProjectLink is to develop innovative methods to reduce the variation in project constructs and pay-offs. He believes we can do this by reducing scientific principles to practical methods and tools that can be used by practitioners on projects at all levels of complexity.
