In 2013, Doug served as Interim CEO of the Canadian Diabetes Association restructuring the organization, re- positioning their programming & research initiatives, re- building the Executive Leadership team, and turning a projected $1.6MM deficit to a $600k Surplus, achieving a 32% CRA Cost of Fundraising Ratio in an $85MM budget.
