He has helped several clients to develop strategies, structures, processes, governance mechanisms and KPIs in alignment with the overall organizational vision and goals. Raghu also works in the area of transaction support and advisory services. This involves preparation of Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Valuations and Due Diligence services.
