About Jonathon Karelse
My name is Jonathon Karelse. I am the CEO and co-founder of NorthFind Management, and I hate consultants. I have been delivering Operations Management solutions for clients for ten years and I still tell them I hate consultants.

What I mean is, there is no one on my team who has not been a successful leader and practitioner first, and we are not fans of consultants who mistake pretty PPTs for value, and who look for opportunities to stick around long after they have worn out their welcome.

I see myself as a partner to our clients. I am truly invested in their success. Our goal is to empower them to solve problems as quickly as possible, only shoring up technical deficiencies and supporting them where necessary, and for no longer.
