Profile

Raghunath is an MBA from one of India’s leading business schools and carries with him over 20 years of professional experience. He has worked with leading multinational companies in India in leadership positions in Sales and Marketing. In the Middle East, he has headed divisions of retail with large business houses like Suhail Bahwan Group and Rivoli Group, setting up and operating retail chain stores across the region.

His consultancy specializations involve multiple areas comprising Strategy, Structure and Process consulting as well as financial consultancy. He has helped several clients to develop strategies, structures, processes, governance mechanisms and KPIs in alignment with the overall organizational vision and goals. He is well versed in the implementation of business processes and in the usage of tools like APQC’s Process Classification Framework.
Raghu also works in the area of transaction support and advisory services. This involves preparation of Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Valuations and Due Diligence services. He has also been involved in discussions with prospective investors or lenders on behalf of his clients and has consulted across various industry sectors comprising Retail, Trading, F&B, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Professional Services etc.

He heads the Internal Audit & Risk Advisory team of HLB HAMT and has worked with clients across a wide spectrum of industries comprising Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Hospitality, Financial Services, Real Estate and Facilities Management, among others. He works closely with the Board of Directors / Audit Committees of client organizations to ensure that internal audits are made effective and impactful.
