Thomas has over 15 years of international experience in the roles of project manager and executive and managing director in the mechanical engineering and pharmaceutical industry.

After holding various executive positions in a globally operating mechanical engineering group as well as establishing and managing a pharmaceutical company in the area of pharmaceutical packaging, he joined Avantalion Consulting in 2014.

He is primarily specialized in the areas of business expansion, transformation projects and post-merger integration with focus on wind power industry, pharmaceutical industry and mechanical engineering.
