Uwe Bergmann is founder and CEO of COSMO CONSULT AG (Holding). Besides the overall business of the COSMO CONSULT Group, he is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Human Resources.

A graduate in business administration, he initially studied mechanical engineering and later economics in Berlin. After his degree, he moved into company software at Siemens Nixdorf, where he was responsible for marketing industry software in the manufacturing and subcontracting sectors. At this time, he was already gaining initial experience with the business software NAVISION (later Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

COSMO CONSULT GmbH was founded in Münster in 1996, and Uwe Bergmann expanded his business activities in the following year by establishing COSMO CONSULT GmbH in Berlin, which from then on acted as a solution centre for the Navision Financials business software.

Uwe Bergmann believes in a corporate culture based on values, where people are the focus. He thinks the importance of both fun and passion cannot be underestimated as important factors for success.
