About Jonathon Karelse My name is Jonathon Karelse. I am the CEO and co-founder of NorthFind Management, and I hate consultants. Looking back on your career to date, which of your achievements would you say you feel proudest about? Since our inception, it has been a guiding principle to deliver maximal client value and to be relentless in our efforts toward guiding them to success. That path is not always easy, because there are often unexpected impediments, and finding a way to get clients across the finish line without impacting budget or timeline is sometimes challenging. But the fact that ten years later we are still landing complex, global engagements without investing in sales or marketing – earning them on case studies, testimonials, and referrals – is testament to the fact that, ultimately, our clients value practical solutions with tangible financial impact. We have won awards based on feedback from our clients, like the Supply Chain Brain Great Supply Chain Partners award or the SDCE Top Supply Chain Projects award. These achievements are hugely satisfying because they really validate our approach.
