He has a proven track record of positive results and a reputation within government for finding solutions to complex issues. Prior to joining MCA, Rollie was the Associate Deputy Minister of Labour Relations in Nova Scotia, with the responsibility of managing the operations of the Public Service Commission (PSC) in Nova Scotia. He also had responsibility for the overall coordination of public sector labour relations for the province of Nova Scotia. He regularly collaborated with all stakeholders, including union leaders, employers and government departments, when providing advice. Before transitioning into a leadership role within the health care sector, Rollie was a teacher and administrator at the school board level.
